Southeastern Regional Business Brokers

Southeastern Regional Business Brokers is based in Asheville, North Carolina, and serves the business market in the Southeastern United States.  In business since 1986, we are professionals who assist Sellers and Buyers with ethical and honest representation to achieve the best deal at a fair price.  With the belief that “Win-Win” transactions are always possible, Southeastern closes a significant number of deals each year.

Recent sales and listings include: professional practices, manufacturing plants,  food & beverage operations, real estate investment properties, business & communication services firms, and specialized transportation companies, traditional main street businesses (retail stores, convenience stores, hair salons, etc).  

Southeastern is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and Gregg Solms and Associate, Tom Armstrong, hold the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, a professional certification earned by completing advanced business education, and periodic recertification.  The firm is also active in the Carolinas-Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA) and the staff participates in state-wide and regional networking with other professional brokers.

Staff members are licensed NC Real Estate Brokers and Realtors, in compliance with legal requirements to offer, list, represent, and sell businesses with leases or real property. 

In order to make good decisions, clients have to receive clear information and decide on a course of action.  Our mission at Southeastern Regional Business Brokers is to make information as transparent as possible in order for clients to make sound business decisions.

Owner Gregg H. Solms, CBI 

Gregg Solms, CBI, has a background & experience which includes leadership roles in corporate manufacturing, resort & hospitality management, outplacement consulting, real estate investment, and small business ownership.  In 2004, Gregg acquired the firm, which grew into Southeastern Regional Business Brokers.  For more details, see the Biographies page.
